It's Time to Surrender Again!

If you are running from your calling; this fast is for you.

The Surrender Fast is an invitation to release what has you bound from surrendering to God in various areas of your life. During the 2025 Surrender Again Fast, we will focus on purpose, health, finances, and self-leadership..

In 2016, the goal of our first fast was to go deeper so we could go higher. A group of women gathered and together we completed the 40 Day Surrender Fast and that was the beginning of The Heightening.

In 2017, the second fast was entitled Launch 2017 and we were focused on launching! Women launched businesses, received promotions, and wrote books after the fast. We have continually met on Tuesday Mornings from 7:00 -7:20 with seasonal breaks since 2016.

In celebration of our 5th Anniversary Year, 2021 and we embarked on our 3rd 40 Day Surrender Fast. The theme was PIVOT and SURRENDER! This fast concluded with a virtual one-day conference. Dr. Celeste Owens, creator of the Surrender Fast, joined us and encouraged us with her words and prayer.

It has been four years and it is time to Surrender Again. Join us for The Heightening’s 4thSurrender Fast – SURRENDER AGAIN!

The Pre Fast should be completed by Sunday, April 27th. The fast begins on Monday, April 28th and runs through Friday, June 6th. We will meet via conference call from 7:00 -7:20 weekdays via a conference call with our SURRENDER Team. These are women who will share with you information to help you SURRENDER Again! You will have the ability to make changes in your mindset, finances, health, faith, and career when you quiet the noise of life, focus, pray, fast, and stop resisting.

Fasting Guidelines

Register to participate

We will meet from 7:00 - 7:20 each weekday morning. Our Surrender Team will share valuable information with you to equip you for the next season of your life.

Seek God for Guidance

Fasting from fear, toxic self-talk, television, music, junk food, procrastination, or anything that keeps you from seeking God face. Commit to reading your bible, affirmations, or quiet time.

Read the Pre-Fast Preparation

Read the pre-fast preparation one per day for at least 5 days prior to April 28th. This is not required to do the fast, you can read the pre-fast in one sitting.

Begin the 40 Day Fast

We will begin the fast on Monday, April 28th. We will gather on Monday - Friday at 7:00 am - 7:20 am via conference call to share our motivation for the day. We will also, chat about the fast in a closed SLACK channel.
