Welcome
I share with you how to live an authentic, intentional, and empowered life. Many times to achieve the level of success I desired, I had to silence my voice and assimilate to cultural and/or organizational norms. I have reached the executive level in corporate America and higher education. I am the founder a company and serve on boards. These career achievements were the backdrop to my life as a wife, mother, and community leader.
I woke up and realized that I wanted all that I had but I had lost sight of who I was. I needed to get back to me. My trip to Cuba (picture below) came at a time when I was dealing with a huge disappointment. I found the AIE Life during this trip and I have not looked back since.
The Authentic, Intentional, and Empowered Life is one that allows me to be honest with myself about what I want and need. With this new perspective, I have healthy boundaries that allow me to live with clarity and freedom.
